Through the products we sell, the services we provide, and the conversations we have with everyone we encounter, we try to inform, demonstrate and remind people what Faith & Fumes represents. But Faith & Fumes has a different meaning for everyone. It’s applicable to everyone but the Fumes are specific to the individual and the situation. The fumes are whatever you think you don’t have enough of, whether it be money, knowledge, resources, time, the list is endless. Regardless of what it is, feeling like you don’t have enough doesn’t mean you actually lack what you need.

Lets say:

 You want to start your first business but everything is new. You never took any business classes. You know you don’t know enough. You ask around and only get bad information and horror stories. But you know you have a good idea. You’re determined to figure it out despite this being all new territory. You begin. You have faith and fumes.

You want to go back to college but you think you’re too old for that chapter of life. You enroll anyway. You have faith & fumes.

 You’re in school and have a test that you feel like you’re not prepared for, anxiety might kick in and you’re scared to even show up for the test. But you let the negative emotions you have about failing leave you. You take the test and mid way through you realize you were panicking for no reason. It’s way easier than you expected.  But you walked in with faith & fumes.

You’re working on a project and you’re in a time crunch. So much so that you think there’s no point in even trying. You think you’ll never be done in time. But you force yourself to work anyway. You have faith & fumes.

If you’re driving to work with the gas tank on E and you don’t have time to stop for gas, you’re literally running on faith & fumes.

It doesn’t matter what the situation is. There’s always going to be a time when you know that there is a risk, you know you might not have all the knowhow, money, resources or whatever else pops into your mind that’s discouraging. But you try anyway; this is the meaning of faith & fumes.
